Physician Perceptions of Corticosteroids
Multi-market, multi-stakeholder sourcing across eight immunology indications
Client Challenge:
A European strategy consultancy needed physician perspectives on corticosteroid use across eight immunology indications - asthma, atopic dermatitis, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), CRSwNP (chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps), EoE (eosinophilic esophagitis), CSU (chronic spontaneous urticaria), PN (prurigo nodularis), and BP (bullous pemphigoid).
Our Role:
We built a custom panel against tightly defined profiles per stakeholder type - specialists (pulmonology, dermatology, ENT, GI, allergy) plus ER and primary care; patient-advocacy leaders; and payer / HTA / policy stakeholders - screening each for indication coverage, prescribing exposure, and country relevance.
Impact:
- 16 expert interviews completed against a 25-call target competing against 4 other networks
- Three stakeholder lenses: physicians, patient advocacy, and payers / HTA
- Eight immunology indications spanned in one coordinated brief
- Panel assembled in ~2 weeks to support a 25-consultation program
