Client Challenge:
A healthcare investor needed to validate the market's perception of an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving hospitals and health systems. The risk was never the volume of available experts - it was precision. Success came down to exacting screening: our client saw only profiles from operators who had evaluated and rolled out one specific module for outpatient settings and hired one specific firm to run the transition - everyone else was noise.
Our Role:
We scoped four research angles - EMR management, health-system purchasing, competitive landscape, and cloud migration - and screened aggressively to confirm each expert had hands-on ownership of the specific software transition and MSP-selection decisions, not secondhand awareness, all while protecting a sensitive target's confidentiality.
